Poveda App for Parents: Privacy Policy

As stated in the Student Data Privacy Statement and Consent Form, Saint Pedro Poveda College have a strong commitment to protect our students’ personal information from any breaches or unauthorized use of personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or otherwise known as Republic Act (R.A.) 10173 as governed by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Personal information of the parents/guardians will be collected when you register to the application.  The information collected will be used to create an account. Student’s personal information such as full name, recent photo, and grade level will be reflected in the application.

The school ensures high quality infrastructure and applies privacy and security measures to protect against threats to the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your information.

Poveda App for Parents: Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms, Conditions, and Privacy policy governing the use of the Poveda App for Parents (PAP).  Saint Pedro Poveda College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Revisions will be communicated to the parents/guardians through email.

By continuing to access the application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revisions made, you may request for the termination of your account.

Minimum : 13.0+
Recommended: 15.0+

Internet Connection (WIFI/Mobile Data)

Registration and Accounts
Information of the parent or guardian such as name, mobile number, email address and child/children’s student number and name will be collected. Only the officially enrolled students will be reflected on the parent’s account.  The parent/guardian will be asked to upload the signed copy of the terms and conditions conforme.

Accounts will be made once information and other requirements have been submitted.

General Guidelines
Accounts should be accessed by the parents/guardians only.
The password of the accounts may be updated from time to time for security purposes. In creating a strong password, the following must be observed:
It should contain a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Passwords should not contain personal or sensitive information.
If there are issues with the application, please accomplish the online form (go to: tinyurl.com/PAP-HelpCenter) and the AdSSO-MIS-TMC staff will communicate with you.
Inappropriate use of the application will be subjected to the termination of the account. 
Intellectual Property: The application’s content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Saint Pedro Poveda College.

Modification and Termination of Accounts
The registered parent/guardian should send an accomplished form to AdSSO-MIS-TMC if he/she wishes to modify any information or delete his/her account.

The account may be terminated if users did not follow the terms and conditions of the use of the application or if the student/s reflected on the account are not officially enrolled.
